NO REFUNDS. All sales are final.
Replacement will be issued only if damaged upon delivery.
Must inform us within 24 hours with photos as proof.

 

My package has been lost/stolen, what do I do?

Before a package is declared lost/stolen we check a few things:

• You submitted the correct address
• You’ve made every attempt to look for your package in case it was hidden by your mailman (if you live in a residence).
• You’ve allowed 24 hours from when it has been marked as “delivered” by the post office to make an inquiry

 

In the case where the tracking says “delivered” but you haven't received your package, you can visit your local post office or contact USPS file a claim. Please make sure to submit the correct address. We are not responsible for packages that are lost/stolen. Once your package leaves our premises, we are not responsible for them as USPS is a shipping service that you pay for us to send for you. Once we send, the liability is between you and USPS; however, we want you to receive your order and we will do our best to help you find your package and resolve any issues.

My package was returned due to the incorrect address or for any reason, can you reship it for free? 

Unfortunately, there is a reship fee of $8 for orders that are returned due to incorrect address or any other reason. Unfortunately, we are not refunded the postage cost for the first package shipment and it’ll cost us twice for a reshipment. There will be a fee of $8 for reshipments. We ask that you double check shipping addresses before placing an order to avoid any additional costs. Thank you for your kind cooperation and understanding.

 

What if I can’t/don’t pay the reship fee? Can I get a refund?

We will only issue a 50% refund if you decide not to pay the reship fee.

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00pm PST will be processed and shipped out same day.

Orders placed Friday after 12:00pm PST through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Upon completion of order processing, the shipping information will include tracking number which will be sent via email.

Please note that due to COVID 19 and carrier delivery limitations, delivery times may be longer than stated or anticipated.
